It’s Thursday, friends! And it’s time for yet another introduction of one of our new team members! Everyone, welcome Sade!
Meet Sade | Our Wedding Planning Assistant
(Logistics Maven + Chief Agent of Calm & Serenity)
I am so very excited to welcome Sade to the HCE Team! I met both Roslyn and Sade at the same time when they assisted me at a couple weddings in Northern Virginia and Maryland, last year. Sade’s task mastering skills are impressive! From the first time we worked together, I was enthralled by how she took our timeline and checklists and got right to work–checking tasks off the list with lightning speed and precision. She has a keen eye for seeing how each small detail fits within the grander scheme of a wedding day. She’s a major team player, and I so admire how she keeps calm and collected in even the most stressful of circumstances. I’m so happy that Sade is joining our team as a Wedding Planning Assistant. On the team, she have similar duties as Roz–creating timelines, working with our clients to provide a seamless, stress-free, and meaningful planning process, streamlining wedding logistics and working with everything to make sure each wedding is implemented flawlessly.
She also lives in Northern Virginia, and will play an instrumental role in the client experience of our couples in that area! She is so passionate about assisting couples to create events that truly reflect their unique personalities. When she’s not working with the Heart’s Content team, she loves expressing her creativity through baking, cooking, and music!
Enjoy a little interview where you will get to know her just a little bit better. I’m so excited for you to meet her!!

The reception is my favorite part of the wedding day. It allows everyone in attendance any opportunity to relax and reflect on the beautiful wedding day.

What’s your best advice to newly engaged couples?
The best advice I would give to a newly engaged couple is to plan a wedding that reflects both of them, its not about pleasing everyone but curating a day that makes them feel special.
